Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Depending on the size of your order, we ship by DHL/DPD or freight forwarding.

By default, we only ship within Germany and some countries of the EU. If you would like us to ship to another country, please write us an email and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then let you know at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs.

2. shipping costs

For shipping within the German mainland we charge 7,70 EUR net shipping costs per 31 kg (parcel shipping).
For shipping to Austria we charge 15,90 EUR net shipping costs per 31 kg (parcel shipping).

For shipping to the EU you can find a price list with the current countries here - International Shipping

For parcel weights over 31kg we ship with a forwarding agency.
Shipping costs within Germany are 35,00€, for Austria and other countries please contact us.

For shipping to German islands we charge an island surcharge - please only on request.
For net order values of €250.00 or more, we ship freight prepaid within Germany.


3. transport damages:

Despite all care, damage can occur during transport. It is therefore essential that you check your goods immediately after receipt. Please therefore observe the following rule of conduct in the event of transport damage: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such faults immediately to the delivery person. Please record the transport damage as well as the vehicle registration number of the delivery vehicle on the transport note of the forwarding agent and have the transport damage acknowledged by the driver (driver's name in block letters). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


4. delivery times

The delivery time is usually approx. 1-3 working days within Germany after receipt of payment. There will be no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Should an item exceptionally not be in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, you will be informed immediately.

 

5. your payment options

We currently offer the following payment options:

This payment can be used by every customer who has a secure bank account with online procedure (TAN). This procedure is secure and certified by TüV. Simply select this option during the order process and you will automatically be forwarded directly to the payment process. There are no further costs for you. We receive the payment information immediately and can process your order without delay if stock is available. Please have your TAN list of your online account ready.

PayPal.com 
PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - free of charge.
After clicking on "continue" you will be taken directly to PayPal, where you have to log in and confirm your address. Then you will be redirected back to the shop. However, the order is only triggered and settled when you click on "Confirm order" on the overview page.
PayPal Plus also offers you the following payment options by Sepa direct debit or credit card
 

Prepayment/bank transfer
After your order you will receive an order confirmation by email with all payment information. However, it may take up to 3 days until the payment is credited to our account. Immediately after the payment has been credited to our account, the goods will be handed over to the shipping department.

Ordering on account (for authorities, public bodies, institutions)
If you are a public authority, public institution or commercial customer and would like to order from our online shop on account, simply put together your purchase and select "Prepayment" under PAYMENT METHOD. Directly below the selection of the method of payment you will find a text field "YOUR REMARKS". Here you can enter in the name of which authority, public institution or business customer you are ordering. After a short internal check, we will convert your order to invoice. Please create a customer account and in future you will be able to order directly on account.
NOTICE regarding the new Packaging Act valid from 01.01.19

We would like to point out that, as a matter of principle, we do NOT pay a licence fee to a disposal system and assume that you, as the first distributor, fulfil the legal regulations according to the VerpackG (from 01.01.2019) on your own responsibility OR expressly commission us to do so! A delegation of the obligations within a trade chain is only permitted for service packaging (paper bags / plastic bags) according to § 7 Para. 2 VerpackG.
You can select the delegation with the article for a fee or simply inform us by phone/email.
